As I said I can not see intel hd graphics in Device Manager or in dxdiag. I have i7 7700HQ and there must be Intel® HD Graphics 630. (The graphic card: gtx1070) (everything has updated)

the chipset drivers are very old you need to update all drivers so intel drivers are up to date and work better for gaming and ect

HM70 Chipset & i3/i5/i7 Please Remove 30 Minute Restriction
Hi I have a HP Compaq CQ45-802tu with HM70 chipset that I want to use my i7 3632qm in.
It runs perfect then shuts off at 30 mins now I know this is a restriction Intel has put into the ME part of the bios image or PCH is there anyway around this has Intel released an update to alow use of i3/i5/i7 with the HM70? as it runs it fine please someone help losing my mind over this lol.

Drive removed itself from array but still visible with new serial?

Working all fine and well 'till one day i powered on to find a degraded array,
One drive is in the array , one drive is apparently missing, but shows on the drive list.
Here's where it gets weird,
There are supposed two identical drives in the array
2x st4000dx001-1ce168
Serial
Z302GC9D
&
Z3014MQZ
however, as i booted today there is a degraded array which appears to contain
2x st4000dx001-1ce168
Serial
Z302GC9D
&
Z3014MQZ:1 ( Status missing )
(notice the :1 appended to the drive serial by RST, that's not infact what the drive reports with any drive tool )
with a 3rd st4000dx001-1ce168 drive with the serial Z3014MQZ
I have no idea how the RST has made up a new serial for my hard drive or why it's been removed from the array
Given i havn't made any changes to the cables or position or any other edits ( other than a windows update and a reboot )
Why do i have a degraded array ?
Why do i have this new serial for a drive ?
IF i can some how fix the reported serial , no doubt the array will just fix itself
( I have no attempted to change any settings nor have i mounted the drive, i'm hoping to keep the data )
If we cant save the data, it's no hassle, it's only a local copy I can pull a backup, but with 7TBs of data, that's going to take the day, if not two days to re-copy
Also if i cant understand what's caused this problem ? It might happen again, if not tomorow, then next week or next month....
If i havn't made myself clear, ( it's late, i'm tired ) Some screen shots showing the array and the serials of the drive that's supposedly 'missing' and that same drive shown in the list

Why does DSA ask to update graphics driver on Surface pro 4 when driver install advises device not supported?
DSA wants to update Intel AVStream Camera 2500 with a new driver, details below. However, when the driver install process runs (tried twice), the install process advises the driver is not supported on the device. As a result faith in DSA to accurately advise of driver updates reduced and more annoyingly keeps advising there's an update which can't be installed. Thanks for listening.

Hp 15n098sa Intel Management engine interface Windows 10 1709 error
I have installed a clean Windows 10 Microsoft download ISO 1709 Windows creators disk dated 9/27/2017 64 bit version from the official Microsoft website.
I have let Windows complete a clean install on a new disk GPT partition after removing all partitions.
I have initially not connected to the internet and all the drivers from HP 15-N098sa page but encountered a few problems, besides the intel engine management sp62419.exe version 9.5.2.1489 unit not working. so I have tried old versions of the chipset and graphics driver in many combintations.
Start agin another new installation:
I then re did a clean install again using above Windows ISO deleting all partitions created by Windows 10 on startup and allowed it to install the drivers required and updates please see below with Lan connected.
Another note Windows defender reports the problem and tries to fix it
It then reports it cannot identify the problem.
I have gone into the device manager, deleted the Intel engine management unit installed by Windows version 1105. I then then rebooted and allowed the same driver to be installed by checking for updates.
I then deleted the driver and software again reset windows update to stop installed the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver sp66956.exe version9.4.0.1026 Rev.B and the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver sp62419.exe version 9.5.2.1489 and have the same problem. I have also tried Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver 9.52.1709 and various versions of 11 besides the Windows 10 initial installed one of 11.00.1146 including 11.8.50.3426
CPU and chipset information:
Intel Core i5-4200U (1.6 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4600.
Memory 8GB 2 simms
Motherboard passes HP 6.5.0.0 extensive system test no error.
Can anyone please help.

- I was unable to google any "iaStorA.sys"- related BSOD reports, containing "67218". While both my BSODs do contain this address.
- There was no heavy IO.
- The only device, attached to Intel C600+/C220+ controller is a DVD drive:

I have never used it, actually. Just tested - it was able to read some files from an old CD. - The system is Dell T7910. Please find detailed "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant" report attached.
- I've never seen any issues like that (on this system) before yesterday. The last event, related to "Intel C600+/C220+ series chipset" is from 2017-11-20, e.g. it looks like there are no recent changes here.
- However during last few days I've updated:
- BIOS to A25 (changelog says "Updated Chipset support")
- "LSI 3008 Firmware, Ph15" to "15.01.00.00 ,A04"
- "LSI SAS3008 Windows Drivers for Win10-64" to "2.51.21.0 ,A04 "
- maybe something else. not sure.
- For now, Dell's official driver update tool, "Dell Command | Update" says that everything is up-to-date. So does "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant".
So...
- Any ideas about how to fix this?
- I hope at least disabling both SATA ports from this controller in BIOS. Maybe I'll have to uninstall device as well, if it would be still visible in Device Manager.
- Are you interested in any other info I can collect?

X48 and 16 GB RAM (DDR2)
I have an old DFI board that uses the Intel x48 express chip-set.

C216 USB Enhanced Host Controller updates?
I use DriverDoc, and it tells me that my "Interl(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26 and 1E2D" is out of date. My current version is Intel 9.3.0.1011, but DriverDoc shows that the new version is 9.3.0.1028. Where may I download Version 9.3.0.1028? Thank you.
P.S. My computer (OS is Windows 7) is encountering Usbser.sys crashes, so I am trying to update the drivers.

Intel USB 3.0 driver for HP 840 G2
Hello,
We are looking to deploy the Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver to Windows 7 machines. The 840 G2 is the 9 series Chipset family, but the driver is failing. The driver version is 5.0.4.43.
After installing the driver on the 840 G2, we get the blue screen and the machine crashes. Also, the USB ports are disabled. One of the USB hub in device manager displays as "unknown device", but the version on that device is 5.0.4.43.
We want to deploy this driver per Microsoft recommendation to improve the Skype for Business performance on computers. The machines are all Windows 7 x86.
Need your help to identify what is causing this error - are we using the incorrect driver? Why does it disable the USB ports.

Intel Driver & Support Assistant 3.1.1
I am unable to uninstall from my computer. Errors out about half way through uninstall with message "The specified account already exists."
Clicking 'ok' in the error box allows it to try again. After a few attempts to continue, it errors out with 0x80070643.
I am trying to uninstall because although previous versions worked, this version,3.1.1, would not run properly.
Thoughts?

chipset Intel 100 series /C230 chipset family sata
Hello
We have more than 60 computers with chipset Intel 100 series /C230 chipset family sata and we started to experience an issue with hard disk missing in the oS. The drive disapears from windows and we have to reboot to recovery it. The event viewer shows The test over the disk doesn't reflect any error and we would like to know if there is a known issue related to the chipset is controlling the drive c230?

Allen & Heath QU-16 Audio-Distortion - xHCI - Isochronous Transfer Mode
Hi,
i have a lot of audio-distortion with the Allen & Heath QU-16 via USB Recording. I'm experiencing very extreme distortions while recording and playback.
The system(s) i use:
Both: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Thinkpad 13 (2nd Gen 2017):
- Intel i7-7500u
- 8 GB RAM
- 512 GB NVMe SSD
MSI GS70 2PC Stealth (2014):
- Intel i7-4720 HQ
- 8 GB RAM
- 1TB HDD
- 128 GB SSD
All the drivers are up to date and the device firmware is up to date also.
After some research i found out, that the source of the problems is that the device uses the Isochronous Transfer Mode. This mode seems to be not supported by Intel chipsets (xHCI, USB 3) anymore even when USB 3 is said to be fully backward compatible. If that is the case, it is not. Are there any drivers available to solve this problem?

Intel RST problem
Hello, I may have a big RAID 1 problem and need advice. I wanted to get rid of my RAID setup which is two 2TB drives with 300GB as a RAID 0 array and the remaining as a RAID 1 array. I did research beforehand and read numerous places that when a RAID 1 array is reset to non-raid disks in the RST boot screen you end up with two identical disks with each having a working copy of the data. Just what I wanted so I did that. But when I went back into Windows 10 afterwards Disk Management says the disks need to be Initialized. Is this correct? I did not see it mentioned in the posts I read before in my preparation. I stopped there as I would like to get confirmation that Initializing the disk is the next step. If not then what should my next step be. Thank you in advance.

Intel 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset - Using USB 2.0 (EHCI ) and 3.0 (xHCI ) controllers in parallel
Hi,
in our Dell Optiplex X"2 PCs we have the "Intel 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset", which has according to data-sheet:
- 1. Two USB 2.0 controllers, more exactelly: USB EHCI Host Controllers (D29:F0 and D26:F0)
- 2. and one USB 3.0 Controller: xHCI Controller (D20:F0)
We uses the PC in a high sensible area "medical devices", where we require to have a stable USB connection to one USB device (medical device). A stable connection to other devices like USB-Flash or Printer is not required. So the original decision was to use one USB 2.0 controller just for the medical device and connect other devices (USB-Flash etc) to the other controller. On that way we would have one dedicated USB Controller for the medical device.
Now we have noticed that, when USB 3.0 support is activated, the two USB 2.0 Controllers (EHCI) seems not be used. Everything is connected over the USB 3.0 (xHCI Controller). Verified under windows device manager (Parent of an USB device)
As operation system we have Windows 10 and uses the Intel Chipset driver provided by dell (Version: 10.1.1.7 ,A00)
Question: Is there a way to use USB 2.0 Controller and USB 3.0 Controller in parallel. Or do we need (specified by chipset) to deactivate USB 3.0 support, to have two USB 2.0 controllers being working?
