Hello, I have a thin client PC with Intel Celeron J1900, the BIOS vendor is INSYDE. When I installed Windows 7 and all drivers, I found ACPI error (event ID 10).
Sometimes, all usb port can't use.
And then, I re-install windows 8.1, the same ACPI errors logged and sometimes all usb port has no function.
Could these ACPI errors caused the USB ports malfunction? Is there a new USB 3.0 controller driver for update?

1. In Windows 7, before installing USB 3.0 driver, there is no ACPI error. After installing driver and reboot system, the 3 ACPI errors logged.
When I uninstalled the USB 3.0 controller driver, these ACPI errors also disappeared.
2. In Windows 8.1, the USB 3.0 driver is already included with the operating system. So, these ACPI errors always existed in System Event.
3. The 3 ACPI errors occurred when operating system restart or waked from sleep state.
