After a sudden blue error screen and an reboot, 'Intel Management Engine Interface'(Intel MEI) was disappeared from Device manager in Control panel, and firmware version of Intel MEI is displayed '0.0.0.0' in BIOS screen.
I tried to reset MEI by using Intel FPT (Flash Programming Tool) with 'FPT -greset' command. After an reboot, firmware version was shown 11.0.11.1005 (the version I previously installed), but still MEI is not recognized in Windows. After an reboot once again, FW version of MEI is back to 0.0.0.0.
I tried updating to the latest bios and EC firmware, and also re-install of Windows 10 after formatting hard disk, but Intel Management Engine Interface is still not detected.
What should I do? Is it a physical problem of the mainboard?
