I have a Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H motherboard and Windows 7 64-bit and I am occasionally getting BSODs on Windows startup. I am using BlueScreenView program to analyze those BSODs and they usually point to iusb3xhc.sys. This makes me think that the USB 3.0 driver I downloaded from Gigabyte's page at GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-B85M-D3H (rev. 1.0/1.1) is corrupt. I have uninstalled that driver and tried to install the one from https://communities.intel.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdownloadcenter.intel.com%2Fdownload%2F22824%2FUSB-3-0… but it gave me a BSOD in the middle of installation! Can someone point me to the right USB 3.0 driver for my motherboard and OS?
