When I start my computer, I am running into one of two issues on each start up. Additionally the computer is auto restarting when I shut it down. All of this began after a power outage.
The machine either:
1) starts up and the network card Code 10's and installing new Intel drivers won't fix it, when this occurs the Management Engine Interface doesn't show up on the device manager.
2) starts up and the network card is fine, but the Management Engine Interface code 10's and installing drivers does nothing, also the troubleshooter attempts to reinstall the Management Engine, but it does not solve the problem. The trouble shooter says, " Intel Management Engine Interface has a driver problem, not fixed".
I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit.
any ideas?
