I am new to the forum and was in search for the past 2 days a solution to my problem.
I have a usb port issue where its not picking up any device that gets plugged in, it supplies power but nothing more. I have re-installed the drivers numerous occasions, uninstalled them from device manager and at one point it picked up the mouse but then reverted back to its problem again not picking up anything. The two unknown devices just doesn't want to update.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated as it is hard working with the trackpad and your fingers cramping up working on analytic reports of over 100 000 rows.
