Hi, okay I know this sounds like a stupid problem, but I really need help.
I just bought the Sims 4 Deluxe Edition for like 70-80$. I downloaded it with Origin and everything was fine. But when I actually tried to play it, my game started to bug and the only thing I could see was pink and white lines. I asked on the EA Community (they are answering questions like this) and they told me that "my Chipset were old, from 2010 and that I have to update them". I tried to do it but nothing happened! I'm the worst with computers...
How can I do that update (if there is one)? Or does this mean I have to buy a new computer?
