In disk management, I can't find Toshiba 3TB HD, it does appear in device management but the disk is unreadable, whats wrong with iastor 11.x?

P.S.: BTW in Vista 32bit with iastor 11.2 with this harddisk, it is painfully slow to get to the desktop screen on boot when comparing with intelide.sys/msahci.sys.
