In a RAID 0 & RAID 1 setup, Windows 7 device manager shows SCSI

I have a Maximus VII Hero motherboard. In total I have 3 Samsung SSD 840 EVO-Series 250GB drives & 2 Seagate 4TB Hybrid drives. I am trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit to just one of the Samsung SSD's; leaving the other two Samsung SSD's in a RAID 0, and the two Seagate 4TB drives in a RAID 1. All of my drives are connected to the Intel Z97 Sata III ports on the motherboard. I get windows to install correctly, except that in device manager ALL of my drives are listed as SCSI. Because of this my Samsung Magician software doesn't detect my SSD's correctly and won't let me use most of the optimization features. I have installed all the drivers, including the chipset, rapid storage drivers, RAID drivers, and IME drivers. Please help!
