Intel RST 13.1.0.1058 on Z87. HDD hangs with 100% usage and no head operation at this time

Hi!

I've updated Intel RST and since that I have problem with Seagate SATA III HDD (ST31000524AS).

HDD hangs for a 1 minute with 100% disk usage but it's not reading any data (0 B\s read\write) and this occurs about every 15 min.

I have Windows 8.1 x64.
