My PC was working fine but an issue popped up in the action center that my drives need scanning so I confirmed that and my PC restarted. And now my USB 2.0 ports are not working. USB 3.0 ports are working fine.
Device manager shows exclamation for 2 things both with name USB Controller.
I have tried installing drivers from CD and from intel site but it gives an error for them and setup exits.
My board is Intel DH67BL.
Windows 8.1
Under device status for USB Controller it says:
This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
