Intel Matrix Storage Manager - Rebuild Failed

Have a HP computer that had a hard drive fail.  The RAID worked and the system continued functioning.  We replaced the hard drive with the same model as the original.  Tried to rebuild the drive, but the rebuild fails to start.  Can't find any reason why the rebuild fails.
