Trying to update everything Intel on my XPS 8500

I have gone to Intel's site but as a novice user, I'd rather the site automatically detect what updates I should have. Unfortunately, when I try to do this I'm met with this message "The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) is getting a tune up.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you need a driver or software, please use Intel Download Center"

When will I be able to use this feature? Here are my computer specs below.
