Hi, I update the ME using tool given by HP, then I realized that it took me a long long time ( according to a similar situation on Dell forum it took 30 minutes ) to shut down.
And I can't find ME interface anymore on System device in windows. I flashed bios and reinstalled the windows. Finally, I can confirm that it must be something wrong with updating the ME firmware.
I try to flash ME manually using FWUpdate, and it shows Error 8743, and no info can read by meinfo because of missing the hardware from the device list.
But it can boot correctly just a little slow.
Thus, Is there anyone would like to tell me that if any tookit from intel can help to totally reflash the ME?
