Intel Chipset Device Software refuses to be installed

Hi

Intel Driver Update utility found a new inf file for the chipset in my Gigabyte Z87-HD3 mobo.

The version 10.0.15063.0 is installed and the new version is 10.1.1.14.

I downloaded the new one, installed it and after rebooting I still have the old version.

I did the whole procedure for 3-4 times but I still have the old version.

Any suggestions?
