Creation of Raid-1 throws SSI Status: Invalid State

Trying to build a Raid-1 off the System drive (Sata port 0 and 1) preserving the data. Failing with error msg in event log:

 

 

0: SSI Status: Invalid State

 

0: Unknown or invalid state for function.

 

System.Exception: 0: Error returned by IsiVolumeCreateFromDisks() in PsiData::PsiDataSource::ActionVolumeCreateFromDisks

 

Any help highly appreciated.
