don't can update my chipset for Intel E8500

Good day!

I have motherboars Asrock G41M-VS3 R2.0, processor Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 and OS Windows 10 64-bit.

I try update chipset of wy proc with Intel Driver Update Utility (ver. 2.7.2.4). This prog reports me what I have installed version 10.0.14393.594 and need to update for version 10.1.1.14. But procces of updating terminate with error unknown (see logs bellow). What can I do for correct updating of my chipset?
