I am getting these recurring errors in the IOCAgentLog event log:

I am also getting other Intel related errors:

General: A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Intel(R) Online Connect Helper service.
Source: IntelDalJhi, Event ID: 4
General: Intel(R) Dynamic Application Loader Host Interface Service initialization failure - the spooler applet is invalid.
OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 1607 build 14393.693, MSI Motherboard Intel ME version 11.6.1.1142, Intel MEI driver version 11.6.0.1032.
Please can anyone advise?
