USBを認識しておらず、デバイスマネージャーを確認したところ、2件の不明なデバイスがありました。

その2件の「ドライバー更新」をクリックしたのですが、エラーが発生しインストールが終了してしまいました。

その際に表示されたのは下記のものです。

インテルのDriver Update Utility 2.6を試みたのですが、やはりエラーが発生し「失敗」と表示される状態です。

その際に検索されたのは「チップセット・デバイス・ソフトウェア（INF　アップデート・ユーティリティーEXE)」でした。

ログファイルは下記の通りとなります。

現在、コードレスマウスや、USBメモリーが使用できずに困っています。

WIN7が自動更新でWIN10になっています。@

解決策を教えてください。
