Intel RST keeps removing my HDD.

I'm using a Windows 10 laptop with an SSD and HDD for storage. I have been getting a notification saying the chipset has removed the HDD and when I open up RST the port reads as empty and I'm unable to reconnect/locate the HDD. I've managed to get it back in the past by uninstalling the SATA chipset drivers and restarting the laptop (sometimes it takes multiple uninstalls/restarts), but this is happening increasingly often (especially after the latest Windows 10 update). Is there any way to stop this happening? Is it an Intel issue or a Windows 10 issue. My system report (when it can find the HDD) is below. Any help would be appreciated!
