Hi My Lenovo 570 had been running ok on windows 10 until it got into a boot loop and the only option was to reinstall ( I had tried everything else I could think of before taking this step) Windows 10. Since then I have noticed that my external drive no longer works and device manager shows the USB chipset as unrecognised. Driver update attempts have been unsuccessful. I have downloaded what I thought was the correct driver from Intel but Windows doesn't recognise it. The read me file mentions copying INF files to an external device but I am unable to find these on windows. I am at my wits end with this and windows 10, so any help and suggestions would be gratefully received.
