I Have ms-7759 z77 motherboard and i have a problem with usb ports

I Have ms-7759 z77 motherboard and i have a problem with usb ports.

i have an ms-7759 z77 with i7-3770 and windows 10 and the usb 3 ports don't work. i tried downloading intel usb 3.0 but it only support windows 7/8. in the device manager everytging looks fine

but the ports not in the front or the back works and there is nothing in the bios about usb that is disable. i am hopping you can help me with that. thanks in advance.
