Parity errors without media errors on RAID1

Hello

I have several HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF with RAID1 on Server Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller (Intel Q87 Express, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&SUBSYS_1998103C&REV_04).

Periodically (1 every 2-3 days) I run "Verification and Repair" and every time I got "Parity errors" ("Parity errors:  41" in example).

After repairing I run Verification and Repair againg.

And again I got several "Parity errors".

This errors appears on any worstation with Intel SATA RAID.

Their appearance does not depend on the settings RAID controller and RAID volume in Windows - "Write back", "Flush buffers", etc.

Their appearance does not depend on RST and drivers version.

Blocks with media errors:0

Archive created between checks not contain errors, size ofarchive - approximately 100 Gbytes.

I try this solution and disable Windows write-cache buffer flushing and set the Intel RST program to cache mode: write back.

Intel RST 12.5 Repeats Verification & Repairing RAID 5

I check again and again got errors.

What are these errors?

Why do they appear?

As the controller corrects them?

Why, if any is not broken integrity of the archives?

How to avoid the error?

Example report:

---------

Volume -hidden-: Verification and repair complete.
