My Setup:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
C Drive: 1 x OCZ Vertex SSD
D Drive: 2 x Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black in RAID 1 (Mirrored)
Following an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I started getting 2 or 3 minute long freezes several times a day followed by this error showing up in the windows event logs:
Event ID: 129
Source: iaStorA
Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort1, was issued.
I can see similar questions being asked a number of times on the community forums, but very little insight or useful guidance from Intel?
I've updated by motherboard bios firmware to the latest version, and installed the latest Intel RST Drivers (14.8.0.1042 - Dec 12th 2015) but I'm still getting freezes.
I've tried updating the power management settings in Windows, no change.
I would like to see this issue escalated to Intel engineers.
