I have a Lenovo H330 have issues with Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility-EXE Only) Version 10.0.27

I installed Win 10 and tried it out because windows said that it was compatible. Long story short the video card wasn't and had issues even in compatibility install mode. So when using the win 10 feature to convert back to win 7 64 bit premium. I had even more issues when they converted it back to win 7. So I went to my Lenovo restore feature. Turns out Win 10 when upgrading decided to delete my restore partition. So i was screwed and thank god I found a copy of win 7 because Microsoft removed the download for it. Seems they want you to stay with win 10 by forcing you to or paying for another copy of win 7. Now after doing a full clean install everything seems to be great but when I went to the device manager. It says that it couldn't find a driver for my system bus. I cant find anything in win update for it and uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't work.I then went to Intel.com and downloaded Intel Driver Update Utility. After running the program found out my network card and Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility-EXE Only) needed to be updated. I was able to update the network card without any issues. But when trying to install Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility-EXE Only) it would keep failing. It states that I have Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility-EXE Only) Version 6.1.7601.17514 and the latest version is 10.0.27. It wont install keeps failing when installing. I tried running the program it install the chipset in safe mode but the program cant run in safe mode. Please Help and Thanks
