Hi!
I've been having a lot of problems with my gaming experience lately with disconnects and lag, and after investigations by a few of the developers of the games I play, we've realised that my network card drives need updating. I ran a scan on the Intel Driver Update Facility which showed that Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Facility - EXE Only) needed updating from 9.2.0.1026 to 10.0.27. I installed this and the message I got at the end suggested it had all been successful but it shows up as failed. I've tried a few times and haven't had any luck. My PC is a custom build and I run Windows 7 64 bit with service pack 1. I can't find any motherboard information which is incredibly frustrating and I'm beginning to think it would have been easier to buy one already built! But never mind. Please can someone help me? I have no idea how to get logs or anything, but I can run dxdiag and save that info - I'm not terribly tech savvy unfortunately!
