About USB Host Interface specification of Intel 8 series.

I have a question about USB Host Interface specification of Intel 8 series.

Datasheet of - in the chapter of "16.2.2.14 PORTLIX USB 3.0 Port X Link Info Register", lower 16bit has become a "Link Error Count".
However, I think that it actually shows the "Link Error Count" not a value.
Other Hosts show the value of the "Link Error Count".
For example, "Intel 7 Series / C216 chipsets", "Renesas uPD720202", etc...

Was Specifications of "Intel 8 series" changed?
