Enabling Intel Virtualization causing USB controller to fail

I have a dual boot setup with windows 2012 server R2. After enabling Intel virtualization in the bios and installing hyper-v, my usb controller is no longer working. There is two yellow icons for drivers "Intel 6 series/c200 series chipset family USB enhanced host controller 1C26 and 1C2D." I've tried uninstalling and no luck.

Can someone please help me fix this? I have tried everything I can think of and have done various google searches with no luck.

System info:

Intel I7 2600 Sandy Bridge @ 3.40 ghz

Asus P8P67 Deluxe

32 gig Ram

GTX 760 4 gig ram

Multiple HDD varying sizes

-Update-

I went into the BIOS and disabled the virtualization tech option and the usb controller works fine now, but hyper-v doesn't work. Something with this setting is causing the USB to fail.
