last time i solve dpc latency, because i play competetive cs go and i update all drivers and change irq from linked based mode to msi.
I have installed latest chipset software Intel® Download Center , but i have still old microsoft drivers from 2006 at couple devices:
Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 1 - 1E10
Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 5 - 1E18
Download xeon(r) processor e3-1200 v2/3rd gen core processor pci express root port - 0151 Driver
Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family SMBus Host Controller - 1E22
and Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Installation Disk - 1E31, which i heard is integrated in windows 8 and is impossible to install intel driver.
When i googled drivers for this devices, i always found download for intel chipset software inf.
It is not possible to be this newest drivers and at other devices i found either today times drivers.
I have high latency at kernel mode driver framework runtime, i tried disable usb, because it can have influence on this, or some devices, but i had no impact for me.
That's next reason i need all drivers up to date, i was successfull with lowering latency, with this, with storport.sys for example and other drivers.
These 4 are problem.
I already have them all in msi mode, without sm bus, which i heard cannot be added to msi mode.
