Intel C216 RAID drivers for WinServ 2003R2 X64

Hi all!

I have motherboard supermicro x9sae-v based on Intel C216. Have some problem:  Create Raid10 from BIOS and start install windows, when i insert drivers for raid (F6) - getting error "there is no txtsetup.oem". Drivers for RAID contains only iaAHCIC.cat, iaAHCIC.inf, iaStorA.sys, iaStorAC.cat, iaStorAC.inf, iaStorF.sys.  Has anyone installed windows serv2003 with RAID on this chipset?
