Rebuilding raid 10 with Intel Rapid Storage Technology

Need some help here, set up a few months ago a raid 10 with 4 new 3TB HDD's, and it had been working just fine. Recently I suffered a BSOD (caused by another bit of hardware, not the drives) and it caused two of the drives to drop from the array, and cause the whole raid to become unusable (of course it would drop the two drives needed to corrupt everything...) All disks are showing, but now I need to put it back together!

Doing some research has generally told me that if I removed all disks from the raid, then created a new raid in the bootup menu (entered with ctrl+I) out of the same disks, and do not format it that everything should return to normal... That said I get a warning message about losing my data every step! So what should I do?

I can still boot into windows since that was on a 5th HDD, and access the Intel Rapid Storage Technology tool as well, but I just do not want to lose and collect about 2-3TB worth of my data all over again.
