CPUID CPU Name    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6700 @ 2.66GHz

Motherboard Name    Asus P5QL/EPU

South Bridge: Intel 82801JB ICH10

North Bridge: Intel Eaglelake P43

I had a major crash occur after a power failure on WIN 7 x 32 ULT.  So I migrated (basically formatted up) to Win 7 x64 ULT, however windows kept a copy of my windows.old stuff.  I THINK the old windows folder contains all my old driver information, so I'm thinking it's an issue converting my hardware over to the x64 environment.  I cannot use the intel driver finder utility, or the intel chipset finder -- none of it works.  I can't update my video card driver (NVIDEA GForce 8800 GTX) either.  I'm able to run the computer pretty well, but none of my devises are recognized, nor can I install the drivers from the website.  I can install other programs just fine.

Is there are trick to transferring my hardware profiles or drivers over to win 64?  I knew this wouldn't be easy, but I didn't think intel would discontinue drivers for their products.  (Intel Series 4 Chhipset)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
